The draw for the UEFA EURO 2008 qualifying rounds took place in Montreux, Switzerland in January 2006. The host countries, Austria and Switzerland will qualify automatically for the Euro 2008 final tournament. The remaining 50 teams were then drawn into seven qualifying groups, lettered A to G.

The draw for the UEFA EURO 2008 qualifying rounds took place in Montreux, Switzerland in January 2006. The host countries, Austria and Switzerland will qualify automatically for the Euro 2008 final tournament. The remaining 50 teams were then drawn into seven qualifying groups, lettered A to G.

At the end of the qualifying rounds, fourteen teams will qualify for the Euro 2008 Finals. All the qualifying matches will be played on dates between September 2006 and November 2007. The seven group-winners and seven runners-up will join the hosts, Austria and Swizterland in the final tournament starting on June 7th 2008.

Euro 2008 Finals (Group Phase Start): 07 to 18 June 2008

Euro 2008 Quarter-Finals: 19 to 22 June 2008

Euro 2008 Semi-Finals: 25 & 26 June 2008

Euro 2008 Final: 29 June 2008
